Starting out . . .

Obviously, I am a little slow when it comes to jumping on the bandwagon. I first heard of blogs a year ago this past summer, but I am just now giving this a go. . .

In my LBB (Life Before Baby), I taught high school English which means I spent four years getting my undergrad in English which means for four years, I read and wrote, read and wrote, read and wrote. Even as a teacher, I had the chance to write quite a bit. But somewhere along the way, taking care of my high-needs babe and learning-to-be-more-self-sufficient husband edged out any time for writing.

So maybe a blog will be the impetus I've been needing to stretch out my fingers again . . . We'll see!
